A traditional red brick former cow shippon / grain store has been tastefully converted to create 'Swallows Barn Cottage'.
Tom and Brenda have ensured that the character and charm of the old building has been retained including keeping original beams and features whilst creating a warm, clean, spacious and comfortable cottage furnished to a high standard. The accommodation will sleep up to four people in two double / twin rooms, each with en-suite facilities.
The open plan living / dining / kitchen area has under floor heating and a cosy wood burning stove and also has the benefit of a downstairs WC and utility room with washer/dryer machine. A new kitchen with all appliances completes the cottage.
Farmhouse Cottage
'Farmhouse Cottage' is adjacent to Swallows Barn Cottage and provides accommodation for two persons in a queen size bedroom with en-suite shower room.
The open plan living/dining/kitchen area has original attractive beams and an open fire to complete a warm, welcoming and cosy farm cottage environment. All furnished to a high quality standard.
Both cottages have the benefit of ample parking for a number of vehicles, patio area, outdoor furniture with barbeque and a large exclusive garden. The opportunity is there to have both cottages for a party of six persons.
